Shipping Policy
We have a very simple Shipping Policy.
- All orders are packed within 1-24 hours after order confirmation and shipped within the next 4-8 hours (working hours only).
- Express shipping parcels are packed and ready for pick up in the first 4 hours itself (during working hours).
- We ship Pan India and Internationally via various registered delivery partners and may charge a shipping fee depending upon the order value and distance.
- For International orders, please write to us at linenstudio.in@gmail.com with the item details along with the shipping details before placing the order. However, we will confirm the delivery charges, tax and other charges within 24 hours and you can pay the same accordingly.
- The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be messaged or e-mailed to you once the product has been dispatched from our end.
- All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
- We request you to disclose your email ID and phone number along with your complete postal address with a landmark to ensure a timely and hassle free delivery.
- In most cases, you can expect to receive the order within 2-5 business days.
- Please note that in certain cases, the delivery agency takes longer to deliver the parcel and in such cases, we are only responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel, not the delay.
- Once the order is paid for, confirmed and cut, we can not change or alter the order in any way.
